The Hub City Railroad Museum shows off the area’s history as a major center for trade. Finally, there are several historic neighborhoods in the area, including the Hampton Heights Historic District and Morgan Square. 

Spartanburg has a very tight-knit local community and is known for its southern charm and hospitality. The city hosts many festivals and events throughout the year, including a weekly farmer’s market, live outdoor performances in Barnet Park, arts festivals, and more.
