How should you determine if your car or truck is considered to be a “junk car?”
Here are the factors that will answer that question for you:
If you can answer YES to 3 of these 5 items… YOU HAVE A JUNK VEHICLE!- It is a 2000 or OLDER.
- It has over 150,000 miles.
- It has a salvaged title.
- It has more than $300 in body damage.
- It doesn’t run.
If you answered YES to 2 of these, your vehicle is worth $100-$300.
If you answered YES to 3 of these, your vehicle is worth $75-$200.
If you answered YES to 4 of these, your vehicle is worth $50-$150
If you answered YES to ALL of these… Sorry to hear that… Your car or truck is really junk and may only be worth scrap value which is calculated by weight.
